Welcome to Swastik 360° Vyapar. By placing an order, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Swastik 360° Vyapar is a business vertical of Swastik Innovation and Digital Services Private Limited, engaged in the sale and customization of:

  • Customized Gift Items
  • Custom Printed T-Shirts
  • Mugs, Cushions, Photo Frames, Keychains, and Promotional Merchandise
  • Digital Visiting Cards
  • NFC Visiting Cards
  • QR Code Acrylic Standees
  • Branding & Promotional Materials
  • Lifestyle, Fashion, and Occasion-Based Products
  • Other Customized and Digital Products as offered from time to time

2. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of full or agreed advance payment.
  • Customized products enter production immediately after design approval.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Customization & Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, text, spellings, logos, and content before production.
  • Swastik 360° Vyapar shall not be liable for errors approved by the customer.
  • Color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees may be added at checkout or invoicing.
  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Payments made are non-transferable and subject to applicable refund policies.

5. Customized Products Policy

Since customized products are specifically created according to customer requirements:

  • Customized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, printing defects, or products damaged during transit.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs or videos as proof.

6. Digital Products Policy

For digital products including but not limited to:

  • Digital Visiting Cards
  • NFC Visiting Cards
  • QR Code Products
  • Digital Business Profiles

The customer agrees that:

  • Accurate information must be provided for setup.
  • Services will commence upon receipt of required information and payment.
  • Digital services once delivered are generally non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their own business information.

7. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Swastik 360° Vyapar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, artwork, or content submitted for customization.
  • Swastik 360° Vyapar shall not be responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

9. Product Representation

  • Product images displayed in catalogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials are for illustration purposes.
  • Actual products may differ slightly in color, size, finish, or appearance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swastik Innovation and Digital Services Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses or loss of profits
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or logistics partners
  • Customer errors in submitted content, designs, or specifications

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Marketing Communications

By placing an order or submitting your contact details, you may receive:

  • Order updates
  • Service notifications
  • Promotional offers
  • Marketing tips and business-related communications

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

12. Cancellation Policy

Customized Products

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Non-Customized Products

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after applicable deductions.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, service delivery, communication, and business operations.

We do not sell customer data to third parties. Information may be shared with payment gateways, courier partners, or service providers strictly for order fulfillment purposes.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, internet outages, or transportation disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Swastik Innovation and Digital Services Private Limited.
