At Swastik 360° Vyapar, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are customized and personalized according to customer requirements, our refund and return policy differs from that of standard retail products.

1. Scope of this Policy

- Promotional Products
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Since most of our products are customized and made specifically for each customer, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized T-Shirts
- Customized Mugs
- Customized Cushions
- Personalized Gifts
- Printed Promotional Products
- Corporate Branding Merchandise
- NFC Visiting Cards
- Digital Visiting Cards
- QR Code Products
- Digital Services
- Products made using customer-provided designs, images, logos, or text
Once production or service delivery has begun, cancellation, return, or refund requests may not be accepted.
3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects
If the delivered product contains:
- Printing defects
- Incorrect production not matching approved artwork
- Material defects
- Physical damage caused during manufacturing
Damaged During Transit
If the product is received:
- Broken
- Torn
- Cracked
- Severely damaged due to shipping
Wrong Product Delivered
If the delivered item differs from the product ordered.
4. Claim Process
To initiate a refund, replacement, or return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
5. Conditions Where Refunds or Returns Will Not Be Accepted
Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be approved for:
- Customer-approved design errors
- Spelling mistakes approved before production
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Color variations due to screen displays or printing processes
- Minor variations in size, placement, or finish
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Delays caused by courier services
- Normal wear and tear after use
6. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services:
Non-Refundable Services
- Digital Visiting Cards
- NFC Visiting Cards Setup
- QR Code Profile Creation
- Digital Business Profiles
- Branding & Design Services
- Any downloadable or digitally delivered product
Once the digital product or service has been delivered, activated, shared, or made accessible, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions
Corrections may be provided if:
- Technical errors occur due to our mistake.
- Incorrect information was entered by our team.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customized Products
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once:
- Design approval has been received.
- Production has started.
- Printing or customization has begun.
Non-Customized Products
Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch.
Approved refunds may be subject to:
- Payment gateway charges
- Transaction fees
- Processing charges
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Replacement Policy
Where a replacement is approved:
- The defective or damaged product may need to be returned or documented.
- Replacement production will begin after verification.
- Delivery timelines for replacement products may vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
Swastik Innovation and Digital Services Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Delays caused by logistics partners
- Customer-provided content errors
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
